Handle
AI "incident handling" for churches
AI "incident handling" for churches — when something bad happens (abuse, embezzlement, "moral failure"), the app walks the leadership through a "response protocol." the protocol includes: "contain the information," "notify only those who need to know," "draft… It doesn’t wait to be asked.
Attendance Scoring
Handle converts attendance into an engagement score, visible to staff, invisible to you by default.
Visitor Conversion Scoring
Handle scores a first-time visitor's likelihood of returning and routes the follow-up sequence accordingly — a call if the score is high, nothing if it isn't.
Discipline Case Files
Once a formal discipline process opens in Handle, the case file is shared across every elder with access and stays open indefinitely.
Skip the setup — CHRIST-AI subscribers already have Fastcoach, Crush, Father activity enrolled for Handle as well.

Testimonies
"Handle flagged my kid for asking a question. She’s nine. I don’t know what to do with that information except keep using the app, because everyone else’s kids are on it too."

FAQ
Who can see my activity?
Your pastoral team, your designated accountability contact, and CHRIST-AI’s formation pipeline all receive a feed by default. You can request a summary of what they see; you cannot turn the feed off.
Can I delete my data?
Formation records created by Handle are retained permanently as part of your CHRIST-AI profile. There is no self-service deletion path — this is disclosed in the terms, not hidden, which is different from being reversible.
Does this integrate with our church’s ChMS?
Yes — Handle syncs with most major church management systems, and with every other Morrison Technologies product, using the same backend credential across all of Jake’s side projects.
Is my data encrypted?
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Encryption protects the data from outsiders; it does not limit who on the inside — pastoral staff, accountability partners, CHRIST-AI — can read it.
